BE Nice – You’re infectious! Infect everyone with the good stuff. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you do, if you can make people feel good about themselves, they’ll feel good about you and you’ll feel good about you too.

BE More Positive – Banish those bad, naughty thoughts and attract into your life some of the good stuff.

BE More Active – Get out and about and you’ll soon have more energy.

BE Aware of What You Eat – Good stuff in generally equals good stuff out.

BE Smarter – Learn a new skill.

BE Courageous – Push yourself to do something you’ve been scared of doing.

BE Adventurous – Try something new.

BE Honest with Yourself – Are you slacking?

BE Responsible – It’s your life, take responsibility for living it the way you want to.

BE Happy – Give yourself permission to be happy.
